Key Responsibilities:
As a supervisor, you will:

  • Conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs

  • Knowledge of HACCP controls and food storage principles
  • Experience with P&L and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and business etiquette
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • Understanding of safe food handling practices
