Position Responsibilities:
Are you diligent, detail-oriented, and skilled in leading and mentoring a team? If so, this role is designed for you. Our Culinary Operations Supervisors play a vital role in our business. From inspiring and guiding teams to ensuring compliance with food quality and safety standards, you are essential to our success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and nurture the grill and prep teams along with Special Ops trainers.
  • Manage the opening or closing procedures of the restaurant.
  • Acquire knowledge in food and beverage management, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Develop new leadership capabilities to effectively guide the team.
  • Fulfill any additional assigned responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated history of coaching and developing team members.
  • Ability to cross-train across various restaurant functions to ensure swift growth.
  • May require standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Assist with any other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must frequently bend and reach overhead.
  • Must possess the dexterity to handle kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures.
  • Must be at ease working near open flames.
  • May need to work in confined spaces.
  • Must maintain consistent communication with multiple team members.
  • Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision are essential.
  • Must be able to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally.
  • Must work in a constant state of alertness and safety.
  • May occasionally work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
