  • Culinary Operations

    • Develop and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
    • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to complaints and concerns.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage the kitchen budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and revenue is maximized.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in culinary operations, leadership, and customer service.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
