- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability.
- Customer Service

- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage the kitchen budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and revenue is maximized.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Education and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in culinary operations, leadership, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
