ROLE OF THE RESTAURANT MANAGER
Envision your day at Chaupain Bakery as you manage operations with accuracy, ensuring adherence to company standards. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and mentoring staff, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth service delivery. As the face of our establishment, you will introduce our culinary offerings, handle customer orders, and maintain a positive work environment. Your proactive approach, combined with a focus on profitability and outstanding customer service, will contribute to the success of each shift. You will play a vital role in our dynamic team by responding to customer feedback, conducting daily inventory checks, and leading by example.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in casual dining management
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in training and managing staff
- Comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant industry, including P&L management and innovative sales strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and cash handling
- The physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and be mobile for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- A hands-on approach with excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation
