Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate documentation required by U.S. Customs and Government Agencies for the importation of goods.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure accurate classification of goods for customs clearance using various resources.
  • Manage data entry and processing of import-related documentation for submission to U.S. Customs.
  • Maintain and update all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping regulations.
  • Adhere to international importing and exporting laws.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide high-quality service.
  • Process agency brokerage shipments and manage remote filings as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all governmental and organizational policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, with paid training provided.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; industry experience is not mandatory.
  • Preferred minimum of 6 months of work experience.
  • Proficient in data entry and familiar with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive pay range based on experience and market conditions.

Work Schedule:

This role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule during the evening hours.
