Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive growth in the Bank's products and services and increase awareness among key audiences.
  2. Collaborate with Sales, Product Solutions, Capital Markets, and other teams to align marketing support with Bank strategy and revenue growth goals.
  3. Design and implement compelling content strategies across traditional and digital channels to engage members and drive product utilization.
  4. Develop and manage enterprise advertising campaigns to increase the Bank's visibility among key audiences.
  5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  6. Partner with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing programs.
  7. Work closely with Internal Communications to promote marketing programs and campaigns internally.
  8. Stay up-to-date with market trends and research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  9. Develop and execute experience marketing initiatives, including events and webinars.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with 3 years in advertising. B2B financial services experience is highly desirable.
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  3. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.
  6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
