Foth, a prominent engineering and science consulting firm recognized nationally, is in search of a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven Chief Growth Officer to enhance our executive leadership team. This role will report directly to the CEO and will collaborate closely with the executive team and business unit leaders, as well as engage with Board members, to formulate and execute strategies aimed at organic growth and acquisitions across the corporation and its affiliated entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage actively in the strategic planning and forecasting processes to ensure alignment of the organization’s business strategies with growth and client retention objectives.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and business unit leaders to design an effective sales organization, participate in the recruitment of key personnel, and maintain a collaborative relationship with sales and marketing teams across all Foth entities.
  • Lead the development and implementation of standardized sales and marketing practices across the organization, ensuring adherence to brand and marketing guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for services and delivery methods in partnership with Foth business units.
  • Recognize and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities among Foth's various business units.
  • Support training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing the sales organization’s capabilities, including client negotiations and project management.
  • Engage effectively with key clients to support business unit client relationship efforts, including proposal reviews and participation in client meetings.
  • Travel as necessary to client locations and other Foth offices.
  • Exemplify the values of the organization by modeling behaviors that reflect our brand and collaborative culture.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in driving strategic growth in a leadership role within a mid-sized or larger organization, including experience leading high-performance sales teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in engineering and/or a professional engineering license.
  • Master of Business Administration.
  • Familiarity with the markets in which Foth operates.
  • Previous experience overseeing marketing functions.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Background in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
