Foth, a leading engineering and science consulting firm, is currently in search of a dedicated and visionary Chief Growth Officer to enhance our executive leadership team. This role will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with executive leaders and business unit heads to formulate and implement strategies aimed at achieving sustainable growth and client retention across the organization and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities- Engage actively in the strategic planning and forecasting processes to ensure alignment of business strategies with growth and client retention objectives.
- Collaborate with the CEO and business unit leaders to design an effective sales organization, including the recruitment of key personnel and the management of relationships with sales and marketing teams across all Foth entities.
- Lead the development and execution of standardized sales and marketing practices across the organization, ensuring consistency in branding and client engagement.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities and service offerings in partnership with Foth's business units.
- Facilitate cross-selling initiatives among Foth's various business units to maximize client engagement.
- Support training and development programs aimed at enhancing the skills of the sales organization, covering areas such as client negotiations and project management.
- Engage with key clients to strengthen relationships, review proposals, and participate in strategic meetings.
- Travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend relevant events.
- Exemplify the values of Foth by serving as a role model for team members.
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in strategic growth leadership within a mid-sized or larger organization, including experience managing high-performing sales teams.
- An engineering degree or a professional engineering license.
- A Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Familiarity with the markets in which Foth operates.
- Previous experience in marketing roles.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Background in mergers and acquisitions.
