Key Responsibilities- Management and Supervision:

- Collaborate with the Vice President of Finance to set strategic direction for payroll and drive business growth.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and requirements.
- Payroll Advisory Services:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll policies, procedures, and related projects.
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Payroll Processing and Analysis:
- Oversee the preparation, documentation, distribution, and reconciliation of payroll.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including month-end close, reporting, and budgeting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Payroll Professional accreditation preferred.
- 5 years of related experience in a supervisory or managerial role, with a focus on payroll management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll practices, procedures, regulations, and requirements.
- Experience processing payroll for multi-state companies and Canada.
- Knowledge and experience working with Ceridian Dayforce or a related HCM system.
