Foth, a prominent engineering and science consulting firm recognized nationally, is in search of a dedicated, innovative, and results-driven Chief Growth Officer to become a vital part of our executive leadership. This role will report directly to the CEO and will collaborate closely with the executive team and business unit leaders, while also engaging with Board members to formulate and execute strategies for organic growth and acquisitions across the corporation and its affiliated entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage actively in the strategic planning and forecasting processes to ensure alignment of the organization’s business strategies with growth and client retention objectives.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and business unit leaders to establish an effective sales organization structure, participate in the recruitment of new team members, and maintain a supportive relationship with sales and marketing teams across all Foth companies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing practices and standardized processes across all business units.
  • Identify and research new market opportunities, services, and delivery methods in partnership with Foth business units.
  • Facilitate cross-selling opportunities among Foth’s various business units.
  • Promote training and development initiatives that enhance the capabilities of the sales organization, covering areas such as sales processes, client negotiations, project pricing, and risk management.
  • Engage effectively with key clients to support business unit relationship activities, including proposal reviews and participation in partnership meetings.
  • Travel as necessary to client locations and other Foth offices.
  • Exemplify the values of our brand and One Foth culture through your actions and leadership.
Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in driving strategic growth within a P&L leadership role in a mid-sized or larger organization, including leading high-growth sales teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • An engineering degree and/or a professional engineering license.
  • A Master of Business Administration.
  • Familiarity with the markets in which Foth operates.
  • Previous experience overseeing marketing functions.
  • Experience in a professional services or consulting setting.
  • Background in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
