About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Philips. As a Field Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for representing our company and products to customers in the field, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of successful direct sales experience
  • Ability to work in the field 90% of the time, including some overnights
  • Previous experience in durable/home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales is preferred

  • Total Target Earnings: $133,195 - $153,040 annually, plus company fleet/car
