Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Coordinator, your contributions will be vital in:

  • Drafting and refining project qualifications, resumes, and biographies while collaborating with team members for accuracy.
  • Preparing review drafts and final layouts, ensuring a smooth flow of information and selecting suitable imagery.
  • Filling in content, securing necessary approvals, and ensuring compliance with proposal forms.
  • Managing RFIs, coordinating responses, and providing essential follow-up.
  • Collaborating with design teams to create early-stage proposal visuals, including organizational charts and workflows.
  • Providing editorial support to maintain high content quality through proofreading and editing.
  • Organizing meeting logistics, including invitations, venue arrangements, and catering services.
  • Coordinating photography and developing web and social media campaigns related to pursuits.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to local candidates.

Required Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign.
