The Marketing team at DLR Group is on the lookout for a dynamic marketing professional who is passionate about brand development to join our forward-thinking team. The Marketing Communications Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives and activities. This position is ideal for an emerging storyteller and creative thinker, adept at crafting written, print, and digital content that aligns with our marketing and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce brand-compliant materials with minimal oversight
  • Assist in external marketing efforts aligned with a strategic plan, including award submissions, media outreach, and management of marketing assets
  • Utilize your creative skills to develop compelling copy, design layouts, prepare presentations, and create materials tailored to our target audience
  • Maintain project and personnel information in the firm’s database to preserve institutional knowledge
  • Gain a thorough understanding of DLR Group's capabilities and unique selling points within designated client sectors
  • Promote DLR Group as a premier brand by conducting thorough quality control on all materials

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 0-2+ years of experience in a Marketing, Brand, or Communications role, ideally within the AEC or design sectors
  • Proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks across various interests
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in creating accurate and engaging marketing content using AP Style
  • Able to balance competing demands while maintaining focus
  • Possess a growth mindset with a commitment to improving processes and outcomes
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign; experience with Microsoft Suite, including Teams

Compensation is determined based on location, experience, and skills, with a potential salary range of $45,000 - $60,000.
