As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be integral to the seamless execution of marketing strategies, ensuring effective coordination and timely implementation of projects across various teams.

You will collaborate closely with the Mersive Project Management Office (PMO), gaining critical insights into both strategic and operational elements of marketing in a fast-evolving tech landscape.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Calendar Oversight:
Oversee and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all activities are tracked and executed punctually.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep the calendar updated and aligned with overarching marketing goals.
Campaign Coordination & Execution:
Manage the logistics of marketing campaigns, working closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to ensure flawless execution.
Oversee the tactical implementation of email campaigns, lead nurturing, and drip campaigns within Klaviyo, ensuring precision and timeliness.
Content Development & Distribution:
Assist in the creation and organization of presentation materials, ensuring that all content is polished and adheres to brand standards.
Manage the distribution of content across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and broad reach.
Process Optimization:
Support the management of marketing processes, collaborating with the PMO to enhance workflows and boost efficiency.
Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of marketing operations by identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the VP of Marketing, Product Marketing Manager, and Digital Content Marketing Manager to facilitate the tactical execution of marketing initiatives.
Desired Qualifications/Experience
Experience & Skills:
1-2 years of experience in a marketing operations or project coordination capacity, ideally within a B2B context.
Fundamental understanding of marketing operations, campaign logistics, and process management.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and basic project management principles.
Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Role Development
Initial 30 Days:
Familiarize yourself with Mersive's marketing tools and processes.
Begin managing the marketing calendar and supporting campaign execution.
Assist with content organization and basic reporting tasks.
Around 60 Days:
Assume greater responsibility for coordinating campaigns and logistics.
Identify and recommend improvements to streamline marketing operations.
Increase involvement in content distribution and presentation support.
By 90 Days:
Lead specific marketing tasks, such as complex campaign coordination.
Proactively enhance marketing processes and contribute to overall efficiency.
Expand your role by embracing new challenges and learning opportunities.
