As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be integral to the daily execution of marketing strategies, ensuring effective coordination and timely delivery of projects across various teams.

You will collaborate closely with the Mersive Project Management Office (PMO), gaining invaluable insights into both strategic and tactical marketing within a fast-paced technological landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Management of Marketing Calendar:
Oversee and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all activities are tracked and executed punctually.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep the calendar current and aligned with overarching marketing goals.

Campaign Coordination & Logistics:
Oversee the logistics of marketing campaigns, working closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to ensure flawless execution.

Manage the tactical implementation of email campaigns, lead nurturing, and drip campaigns within Klaviyo, ensuring precision and timeliness.

Content Development & Distribution:
Assist in the creation and organization of presentation materials, ensuring all content is polished and adheres to brand standards.

Oversee content distribution across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and maximum reach.

Process Improvement:
Support the management of marketing processes, collaborating with the PMO to enhance workflows and boost efficiency.

Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of marketing operations by identifying challenges and proposing solutions.

Team Collaboration:


Work closely with the VP of Marketing, Product Marketing Manager, and Digital Content Marketing Manager to support the tactical execution of marketing initiatives.

Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing projects are executed effectively and align with Mersive's strategic objectives.

Desired Qualifications/Experience

Experience & Skills:
1-2 years of experience in a marketing operations or project coordination role, ideally in a B2B context.

Basic understanding of marketing operations, campaign logistics, and process management.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and fundamental project management principles.

Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Role Development

Initial 30 Days:
Familiarize yourself with Mersive's marketing tools and processes.

Begin managing the marketing calendar and assisting with campaign execution.

Support content organization and basic reporting tasks.

Around 60 Days:
Assume greater responsibility for coordinating campaigns and logistics.

Identify and recommend improvements to streamline marketing operations.

Increase involvement in content distribution and presentation support.

By 90 Days:
Lead specific marketing tasks, such as complex campaign coordination.

Proactively enhance marketing processes and contribute to overall efficiency.
