Key Responsibilities:

Management of Marketing Calendar:
Oversee and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all activities are tracked and executed promptly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep the calendar current and aligned with overarching marketing goals.

Campaign Coordination:
Handle the logistics of marketing campaigns, working closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to ensure flawless execution.

Manage the tactical aspects of email campaigns, lead nurturing, and drip campaigns within marketing automation platforms, ensuring precision and timeliness.

Content Development & Distribution:
Assist in the creation and organization of presentation materials, ensuring that all content is polished and adheres to brand standards.

Oversee content distribution across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and broad reach.

Process Improvement:
Support the management of marketing processes, collaborating with the PMO to enhance workflows and boost efficiency.

Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of marketing operations by identifying challenges and proposing solutions.

Team Collaboration:


Work closely with the VP of Marketing, Product Marketing Manager, and Digital Content Marketing Manager to facilitate the execution of marketing initiatives.

Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are effectively implemented and align with Mersive's strategic objectives.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience & Skills:
1-2 years of experience in a marketing operations or project coordination role, ideally within a B2B context.

Basic knowledge of marketing operations, campaign logistics, and process management.

Familiarity with email marketing tools and project management principles.

Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
