Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Veterans Sourcing Group. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors and employees
  • Manage front desk operations, including receiving and routing deliveries, and interacting with vendors and couriers
  • Assist with BIM 360 ticket reporting and event tracking
  • Provide information on available spaces and amenities, technology, and services offered
  • Answer inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate employee or department
  • Act as a point of contact in case of an emergency or disaster, coordinating with Workplace staff
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with vendor management, corporate security, and safety programs a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
