Job Title: Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at The Clayton Washington D.C. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement effective service strategies.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure excellent customer experience and high-quality service standards.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized venue, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
