Job Overview

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in commercial projects to contribute to our operations. The ideal applicant will possess experience in Sales, Estimating, or Project Management, ideally within the industrial furniture, steel-case, or flooring sectors.

Whether you are a seasoned Project Manager or an emerging Estimator, we offer a wealth of opportunities for growth.

Key Qualifications

An experienced Project Manager will demonstrate the following skills, while an aspiring Estimator will be encouraged to develop:

  • Minimum of 5 years in sales or project management roles
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for precise quantity estimations and material takeoffs
  • Strong expertise in managing RFPs and bids
  • Spanish language proficiency is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Apartment Community operations is a plus
