Position Summary

The Used Equipment Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing post-purchase inquiries related to the used department. This role involves assisting customers with their order questions, modifications, returns, and exchanges. The specialist will also address Used Trade-In inquiries through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by providing detailed information regarding orders, Trade-In Quotes, billing, and shipping status.
  • Resolve customer issues by understanding their concerns, identifying the root cause, and delivering effective solutions while ensuring follow-up for resolution confirmation.
  • Conduct product research, including accessories and parts, to fulfill customer requests accurately.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and attentiveness.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required.

Pay Type: Hourly

Salary Range: $24 - $27.50 per hour
