Position Summary

The Used Equipment Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing post-purchase inquiries related to the used department through various communication channels. This role involves assisting customers with their order-related questions, modifications, returns, and exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by providing detailed information regarding orders and Trade-In Quotes, as well as billing and shipping updates.
  • Address and resolve customer issues by actively listening, identifying the root cause, and offering effective solutions while ensuring follow-up for confirmation of resolution.
  • Conduct product research, including accessories and parts, to accurately fulfill customer requests.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and a patient approach.
