Role Summary:
All Service Equipment Corp. is in search of a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic service team. Our success is driven by our commitment to exceptional service, reliability, and professionalism. Experience in dispatching is highly desirable, along with a background in customer service and the ability to think quickly and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various communication channels including phone, email, chat, and text.
- Input new service requests and allocate them to the relevant technicians.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Utilize scheduling tools to optimize technician assignments based on zones and qualifications.
- Pre-schedule parts jobs, confirming appointments with customers using data analytics.
- Work alongside Business Units to arrange and execute regular Preventive Maintenance tasks.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatching or direct customer interaction.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of employees and customers.
- Capability to perform effectively in a high-energy and often demanding environment while upholding service standards.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Organized work habits with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to leverage analytics for decision-making and directing activities.
- Experience in the HVAC sector is advantageous.
