Role Summary:

All Service Equipment Corp. is in search of a dedicated Customer Support Specialist / Dispatcher to join our dynamic service team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through various communication channels including phone, email, chat, or text.
  • Input new service requests and allocate them to the appropriate technicians.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed successfully.
  • Utilize Web Board tools to optimize technician schedules based on zones and certifications for maximum efficiency.
  • Pre-schedule parts jobs, confirming appointments with customers through analytical methods.
  • Work alongside Business Units to schedule and execute recurring Preventive Maintenance tasks.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in dispatching and direct customer service or a related field.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of employees and customers through various mediums.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and often demanding environment while upholding company standards for customer service.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organized work habits with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to leverage analytics to guide activities and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in the HVAC sector is a plus.
