About This Opportunity

At Artech LLC, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and guests
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and events

You will work independently to answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate individuals or departments, providing assistance and information as needed.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
