Job Overview
The E Group is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join their team in Birmingham, AL. This is an estimated 2.5-month contract position that offers a unique opportunity to utilize your exceptional administrative expertise to drive seamless operations and enhance organizational efficiency.

In this role, you will provide expert-level support to the Finance & Corporate Planning team, leveraging over 11 years of experience to ensure optimal time management, prioritize critical tasks, and coordinate high-profile meetings, conferences, and events. You will also prepare, edit, and review complex documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, demonstrating advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

A successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance & Corporate Planning team, including scheduling meetings, processing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing team-building events.
  • Coordinate logistics for employee appreciation, training, events, meetings, programs, and activities, ordering meals, beverages, supplies, etc.
  • Ensure audio and visual systems are set up and ready for meetings, problem-solving, welcoming guests, meeting and events set-up, ordering meals, and confirming/contacting attendees/speakers.
