Job Summary

This Administrative Assistant/Billing Clerk role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading tire industry company as we continue to grow and expand our operations.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our logistics team, ensuring seamless coordination of repair services, dispatching technicians, and managing customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
  • Utilize our point-of-sale system to efficiently manage orders and customer information
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support business growth and decision-making
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, logistics, or administration an asset
