About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our client delivery teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This involves handling expense reports, processing invoices, and coordinating logistics for events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete expense reports for Analytics, AMI, Budgeting, and Communication teams
  • Track receipts and contact team members as needed
  • Process time adjustments and set up meetings and meals for team members
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations for Managers
  • Maintain office supply cabinet and assist with keeping office area stocked and clean

Requirements

A minimum of two (2) years of clerical/administrative or customer service experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of Oracle and Maximo is a plus.

This role requires excellent communication skills, calendar management, and logistic coordination. The ideal candidate will be able to plan meetings/conference calls, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings into actionable tasks. They must also be able to proactively prioritize and multi-task, making decisions and anticipating next steps as needed.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
