The role involves building strong relationships with business clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions to drive growth and success. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, leveraging your business acumen to identify sales opportunities and facilitate cash flow conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, growing sales, revenue, and market share through effective communication and strategic planning.
  • Acquire and expand client relationships, generating revenue and increasing share of wallet through expert knowledge of credit and non-credit products and services.
  • Risk management and quality control: actively identify and mitigate different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
  • Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and financial well-being, enhancing client engagement and loyalty.
  • Develop an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients, expand existing ones, and improve the client experience.

Requirements

  • University/college degree or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service).
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience, often with certifications desired.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000-$80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
