Job Title: Business Relationship Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Strategist to join our team at Boy Scouts of America. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of direct sales experience and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.

About the Role

As a Business Relationship Strategist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing solutions to drive revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business relationship strategies that meet or exceed sales targets
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop solutions to drive revenue expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
What We Offer

As a Business Relationship Strategist at Boy Scouts of America, you will receive a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
