We are seeking a talented and results-driven individual to fill the position of Account Manager at Ivan Archbold - State Farm Agent. This exciting opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding career path, with a focus on developing strong customer relationships and driving business growth.
About the RoleThe Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and tailored solutions.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a keen eye for identifying new opportunities.
- Bilingual Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission/bonus. You will also enjoy paid time off, flexible hours, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the agency.
