Retail Marketing Manager

Stanley is a leading manufacturer of high-quality products, and we are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager - Retail to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales in retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales in retail channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to identify and capitalize on brand opportunities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Plan and implement strategic campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including PR, social media, and events
- Lead projects and facilitate meetings, kickoffs, reviews, updates, and retrospectives, presenting updates and action items to team members and senior leadership
- Collaborate with agency partners to complete PR and influencer campaigns and provide ongoing brand support for retail
- Lead a small team of retail enthusiasts to ensure the success of each Stanley program at retail
- Collaborate with various teams to support marketing efforts for Stanley's major retail partners, including Dick's Sporting Goods, Target, and Amazon
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience working with a team in a marketing role to support brand marketing in retail environments
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Experience working with, or within, a cross-functional brand marketing team with a strong understanding of PR, social media, influencers, event production, and associated projects
- Experience in consumer goods and/or retail industries
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong client service skills, with the ability to present to and collaborate with sales managers and key account marketing teams
- Agency management experience
- People & team management experience, with the ability to mentor and lead junior staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative, with the ability to work independently
- Analytical problem solver with a proactive approach who anticipates future challenges
- Proficiency in mediating, advancing, and compromising to ensure the most effective path for success is planned and performed
- Thrives within a fast-paced culture of creativity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 6-8 years of marketing experience
- Team leadership and/or people management experience
- Budget management experience
- Experience with collaboration and project management software, such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams
- Proficiency with MS Office, with strong PowerPoint skills
Salary Range: $55.00-$58.00/per hour
