We are currently seeking a Legal Intern to provide support to our Corporate Office. This role will involve engaging in the legal evaluation of critical documents related to customers and vendors, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), while offering constructive feedback and suggestions for modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondence and conduct research on various corporate and legal issues.
  • Examine customer sales agreements, NDAs, and other documents relevant to both new and existing clients.
  • Identify potential legal risks in customer-related documents and provide insights to OSM stakeholders.
  • Review, amend, or create standard OSM documents commonly utilized in business transactions.
  • Advise OSM stakeholders on legal matters.
  • Assist in ensuring regulatory compliance and drafting policy documents.
  • Support employment law issues and ongoing litigation, if applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school pursuing a JD or LLM.
  • Interest in a career in in-house legal practice.
  • Excellent grammar, writing, research, and analytical skills; proficient in Word, Excel, and WestLaw/LexisNexis.
