Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Path Construction Central is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer to lead administrative, financial, and risk management operations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting or business administration and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in partnering with an executive team and possessing high-level written and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate the company's future direction and support tactical initiatives, including performance measures
  • Develop financial and tax strategies
  • Manage capital, investments, and budgeting processes
  • Implement operational best practices
  • Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry
  • Manage and improve Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Processes
  • Structure Corporate Entities
  • Manage Corporate Insurance program
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis
  • CPA or Certified Management Accountant designations a plus
