The OpportunityWe are seeking an HR Intern to join our Corporate HR Team to design and execute a program to diversify Primient's workforce. The successful candidate will collaborate with community organizations, track program metrics, and assist with general HR tasks. Key responsibilities include designing and executing a program to diversify Primient's workforce, collaborating with community organizations, analyzing current job descriptions, tracking and analyzing program metrics, developing and presenting program materials, and assisting with general HR tasks.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with data analysis tools is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated passion for diversity and inclusion, a creative and innovative mindset, and an interest in community development and social impact. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, and strong organizational and time-management skills are also essential.
What We OfferThis internship will provide a comprehensive understanding of our HR operations within a dynamic environment. You will develop practical skills in HR programs, implementation, tracking, and other general HR tasks. We offer a $21.00/hr rate and a $3000 Housing/Travel stipend. This is a 40 hour per week/Full Time role, with 3 days a week at the Schaumburg, IL office. There is no guarantee of full-time placement at the conclusion of this internship.
