Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with senior leaders and outside counsel on complex issues, developing and executing legal strategies for the enterprise.
  • Provide antitrust guidance on litigation, M&A, procurement, licensing agreements, and similar transactions, including strategic planning, deal structure, and diligence.
  • Consult and advise legal and business colleagues on business initiatives that may raise antitrust or anti-competitive risks.
  • Assist in responding to governmental and other third-party subpoenas/inquiries.
  • Advise on potential conflicts of interest, including mitigation and remediation.
  • Develop and conduct antitrust training in coordination with compliance.
Requirements:
  • Licensed to practice in any U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 8+ years of relevant antitrust experience.
  • History working on healthcare antitrust issues, including those involving health plans and care delivery organizations/PBMs/pharmacies.
  • Deep knowledge of US Competition laws, including counseling, litigations, government investigations, and merger reviews.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Government work experience.
  • Experience working on issues involving vertically integrated healthcare organizations.
  • Familiarity with international competition laws and knowledge of compliance and ethics frameworks for global corporations in connection with competition law issues and programs.
