Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CNA Service Coordinator to lead our team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Hospice Aides. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Brighton Hospice Best Practices, federal, state, and local agency laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the CNA/Hospice Aides team in compliance with Brighton Hospice Best Practices and applicable laws and regulations
  • Regularly meet with site administrators, directors, and regional coordinators to discuss hiring needs and team performance
  • Interview and mentor potential team members, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Conduct 90-day and annual reviews, recommending pay increases and promotions as needed
  • Assess and provide training and development opportunities for team members
  • Provide counseling and corrective actions as necessary
