Business Development Representative

Big Red Flooring LLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As an Outside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Communication and Negotiation: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to negotiate sales agreements and resolve customer inquiries.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including sales targets, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate sales agreements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
