About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Ole' Mexican Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our retail customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with sales drivers, store managers, and key customer decision makers to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage prospects, and acquire new customers to drive growth and expansion.
  • Travel to customers and potential customers to provide product information, support, and training to secure and maintain business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at retail stores, including store managers and district managers.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Manage assigned leads and follow up on sales activities to ensure timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Communicate regularly with our Division Sales Manager to provide updates on sales activities, progress towards goals, and status of prospective customers.
Requirements
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, sales drivers, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time while visiting customers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or field-based sales.
  • Knowledge of basic computer functions, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
