We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our executive team and uphold our core values.

The Director of Sales and Marketing will lead our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue, enhance brand recognition, and drive occupancy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in luxury hospitality sales and marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and enhance brand awareness.
  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, events, and group bookings.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, print advertising, and public relations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and develop proactive strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage the annual sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  • Represent CordeValle at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales and marketing experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
