About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at OLE' Mexican Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales drivers, and key decision-makers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance and Strategy
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in assigned territories.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Route Management and Optimization
    • Manage and optimize sales routes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management to inform business decisions.
    • Identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
    • 1+ years' experience in retail or field-based sales role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and display a professional demeanor representing clients.
    • Ability to communicate timely with management through phone or email.
    • Experience using personal access to functional tools such as smartphones or tablets and computers.
    • Must have a valid driver's license, full coverage auto insurance, and a clean MVR record.
