Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead our pizza franchise to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, team development, and operational management.

The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This position offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Monitor and manage P&L statements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of management experience in the pizza or QSR industry.

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills.
  • Experience with P&L management, inventory control, and labor cost optimization.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
