The Role

We're seeking a Senior Global Creative Director to lead our internal and external creative teams, driving creative direction, strategy, and executional excellence for all marketing initiatives globally. This is a key leadership role that requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry, creative workflows, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovate, evolve, and oversee all creative initiatives, including brand identities, marketing concepts, and strategies, based on cultural triggers, audience insights, and business needs.
  • Lead a creative team, including Creative Directors, Associate Creative Designers, Designers, Game Capture Artists, and other professionals.
  • Partner with creative, marketing production, global marketing strategy, go-to-market, partnership, and analytics teams to create world-class creative.
  • Lead the creative vision across our marketing agency partners, ensuring creative excellence and on-time delivery.
  • Innovate and create ideas with the creative teams.
  • Participate in and add value to marketing strategies and planning, working together with producers to ensure on-budget and on-time creative delivery.
  • Manage and guide our external creative partners and agencies to create world-class creative across all media.
  • Embody the values of 2K.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience in the creative field, with at least 5-7 years of experience building and leading creative teams.
  • Deep experience with live-service games and passion for the video game industry and its processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in global market language, including meeting facilitation and presentations across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Ability to efficiently communicate complex concepts, vision, and topics to stakeholders and the broader organization, executives, and partners.
  • Strong ability to develop high-profile, influential, and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and geographies.
  • Can partner with Marketing Strategy and Operations teams to create world-class creative campaigns and execute said campaigns with excellence.
  • Deep understanding of creative workflows, production processes, and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training.
