Job Title: Marketing Manager

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reports To: Director of Sales and Marketing

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Summary:

The primary role of the Marketing Manager is to develop strategic marketing plans for the Hotel and oversee the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan. This might include evaluating the results of various marketing campaigns, spearheading market research efforts, or coordinating initiatives across a variety of channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the Hotel's brand and services.
  • Manage Social Media Presence: Oversee the development and implementation of social media campaigns to engage with customers and promote the Hotel's brand.
  • Content Creation: Develop and publish high-quality digital content across various platforms to attract and retain customers.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate various events to promote the Hotel and increase brand awareness.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to improve marketing efforts.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing plans.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of prior hospitality/tourism marketing experience.
  • Skills: Strong marketing and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools.
