Member Service Representative

VillageCareMAX


VillageCare is seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative who will be the primary contact for our members, ensuring they receive the support they need. This role is essential in facilitating access to services, resolving issues, and coordinating with the Interdisciplinary Care Team.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming calls and providing assistance to members and healthcare providers.
  • Guiding members in obtaining necessary covered and non-covered services aligned with their care plans.
  • Performing data entry for authorizations under the supervision of the Care Management Supervisor.
  • Scheduling appointments with healthcare professionals and other service providers.
  • Helping members choose participating providers to enhance their care quality and outcomes.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare call center or service-oriented environment. A high school diploma is required, while an Associate's degree is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin is essential.
