Training Details: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Eastern, for a duration of 3 weeks.

Operational Hours:

  • Open Enrollment Period:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST
  • Saturday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
  • Last two Sundays of the enrollment period: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST

  • One week post-enrollment: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST

Role Responsibilities: The Client Support Specialist (CSS) is responsible for assisting clients with inquiries related to health care coverage through the Marketplace:

  • Respond to incoming calls and address inquiries in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Process applications and updates, interpret eligibility determinations, and facilitate enrollment in health plans.
  • Accurately document all interactions and utilize appropriate systems.
  • Provide translation services as necessary.
  • Escalate issues to designated personnel for resolution.
  • Participate in meetings and maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Strong data entry and telephone communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in customer service and call center environments preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
