Role Summary:
This position emphasizes exceptional customer support, focusing on account creation, data migration between platforms, documentation collection, and back-office coordination within a reputable banking institution.
Required Experience:
5+ years in roles such as Junior Banker, Relationship Specialist, or as a Call Center Professional with experience in serving high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality client service, particularly for external clients.
- Manage high-touch relationship interactions.
- Develop client communication scripts and supporting materials.
- Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, ensuring effective coordination and reporting.
- Provide Level 1 triage and help desk support, particularly for top-tier clients.
- Monitor and forecast support needs to manage surge support effectively.
- Collaborate with the client training team to create training materials and conduct sessions.
Essential Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management and Payment Products is crucial. The ideal candidate should be able to articulate complex technical processes clearly and possess a hands-on approach.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to ensure client satisfaction.
Experience with online banking products, processes, and policies is necessary, along with the ability to handle various client situations effectively.
