About the Role
The Professional Services team is integral to Arbolus, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients worldwide.
As a Client Services Specialist, you will engage in comprehensive research across various topics and industries while establishing connections with thought leaders globally.
In this position, you will begin to build relationships with Arbolus clients, assisting them in making informed business decisions by linking them with our network of experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through project execution, meetings, and overall account management.
- Provide ongoing support for client projects.
- Manage multiple, concurrent, and time-sensitive research requests.
- Source and recruit leading experts tailored to client specifications, utilizing online research and networking.
- Screen potential experts via phone and email to ensure project relevance.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new experts onto the Arbolus platform.
- Foster relationships with thought leaders across diverse industries.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Associates, Project Leads, and Account Managers across international teams.
This role reports directly to the Professional Services Manager and operates within Eastern Daylight Time hours.

Requirements
- Strong academic background in Finance, Business, HR, Research, or Economics.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumen.
- Confidence in cold outreach and outbound communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Desire to excel in a sourcing and lead generation role within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all professional levels.
- Native-level proficiency in English; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
