We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Service Specialist to join our team at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. As a key member of our front-end operations, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Demonstrate and develop teamwork skills to provide a seamless guest experience aligned with our values of Love, Joy, Trust, Courage, and Responsibility.
- Front-End Operations: Be an expert on front-end operations, including buy online and pick up in store, point of sale system, checking in and out guests, and answering phones.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador by determining each guest's needs and educating guests concerning Madison Reed products and services.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators, including retail sales, services, memberships, and average service ticket growth.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards as it relates to cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and company asset security.
- Professional Development: Grow within Madison Reed by participating in ongoing training and staying up to date on MR products and services.
- Customer Service Experience: Entry-level experience in any customer service or retail sales environment; salon or beauty industry experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication, strong problem-solving, and people skills, in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
