Position Overview: The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in the management, development, and evaluation of the company's marketing initiatives, digital platforms, lead generation sources, and promotional activities to ensure alignment with strategic marketing objectives. Please note that this position requires in-office attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of content for social media, websites, and business profiles, while also contributing to growth strategies and visual media production.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of marketing initiatives, including social media, email outreach, and streaming campaigns.
  • Maintain timelines for various marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Conduct market and client research utilizing the company database and engage with clients to address their needs.
  • Respond to client feedback and manage interactions on social media platforms.
  • Participate in weekly marketing strategy meetings with corporate marketing leaders.
  • Engage in monthly marketing discussions with brand and franchise owners.
  • Compile weekly reports on marketing performance to track leads, call volume, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and manage marketing and sales materials for technical teams.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships across departments.
  • Uphold a professional image at all times by adhering to company policies, including:
    • Wearing company-approved attire and following safety protocols.
    • Complying with all performance standards and ethical guidelines.
    • Maintaining a courteous demeanor with customers and colleagues.
    • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of company vehicles.
    • Respecting client property.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management.
  • Experience in a small business environment is advantageous, as the role involves collaboration with various departments.
  • 1-2 years of prior sales experience is beneficial.
  • Over 2 years of experience in content creation, particularly in graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Creativity and a proactive approach to completing tasks.
  • Strong relationship-building and active listening abilities.
  • Well-organized with a problem-solving mindset.
Educational Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
Work Environment:
  • Small business setting.
  • Potential for extended work hours, including day and evening shifts.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment.
  • Capacity to sit for extended periods.
  • Must possess adequate auditory and visual capabilities to operate communication equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle potential confrontations.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends.

Compensation: $52,000 - $62,000 per year.
