Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and tracking of marketing campaigns, including social media, email outreach, and live streaming initiatives.
  • Manage timelines for various marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and client engagement through the company database to ensure client needs are addressed.
  • Engage with client feedback and social media interactions.
  • Attend weekly marketing strategy meetings with corporate marketing leaders.
  • Participate in monthly discussions with brand and franchise stakeholders.
  • Compile weekly performance reports on marketing activities to monitor lead generation, call volume, and marketing KPIs.
  • Create and manage marketing and sales materials for technical teams.
  • Foster strong interdepartmental relationships.
  • Uphold a professional image by adhering to company dress code and safety protocols, maintaining courteous interactions with customers and colleagues, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of company vehicles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management.
  • Experience in a small business environment is advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Over 2 years of content creation experience, particularly in graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive approach to completing tasks.
  • Strong relationship-building and active listening abilities.
  • Well-organized with problem-solving aptitude.
Educational Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
Work Environment:
  • Small business setting.
  • Potential for extended work hours, including day and evening shifts.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment.
